Drifter Daijiro Yoshihara One Of The Worlds Best Drifters

Commonly known as Dai, he is my favourite drifter in the `Formula drift` championship. Dai was the 2011 `Formula Drift` champion and is currently leading this years championship after winning the 1st round at `Long Beach`. Dai currently leads with 112 points followed by vaugh Gittin Jr on 92 and Chris Forsberg on 79 points.

The Next round is at Road Atlanta in Georgia The Road To The Championship starts today and finishes tomorrow the 11th of May. Daijiro Yosihara won here in 2010 and 2011 can he take another win and increase his lead in the championship? I reckon he can, only time will tell!

 Daijiro Yoshihara is a 33 year old Japanese drifter with over 10 years experience in drifting. Dai uses a 1999 Nissan 240SX, fitted with a 6.7Ltr V8 with around 570hp. His car is number 9.

Away from the track Dai is helping to restore Japan after the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster. All proceeds from his charity rfjp.org, are donated to Japanese Red Cross Society.

Dai`s favourite game is `Gran Turismo 5 (PS3)`, a favourite with many PS3 owners, me myself included! If you own `Gran Turismo 5 (PS3)` I highly recommend getting a Steering wheel for it, to bring it to a whole new level of realism….get a Logitech G27 Racing Wheel or Logitech G25 Racing Wheel…….
